- Property damage caused intentionally

Konnectam support should then be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

While Konnectam may implement verification, monitoring, safety, and trust measures, Konnectam does not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the conduct, quality, reliability, legality, or suitability of any artisan or third-party service provider on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konnectam shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, misconduct, or negligence of artisans or users
- Disputes arising between users and artisans
- Property damage, losses, delays, or inconveniences arising from engagements facilitated through the platform
- Unauthorized actions taken outside the platform
Users are responsible for exercising discretion and judgment when engaging artisans or service providers.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konnectam Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:
- Your use of the Konnectam platform or Services

- Your interactions or disputes with artisans, customers, or third parties
